Norwegian Rain - Raincho
Inspired by a sketch on a napkin in a street café in Paris, Norwegian Rain's sculptural charcoal-grey hooded Raincho coat is crafted from breathable, water-repellent technical fabric from Japan, and has a waterproof interior membrane and cashmere-lined storm flap.
The draped construction utilises black horn buttons and heat-sealed seams and has a relaxed fit that can be adjusted using the optional belt and button-fastening cuff tabs.
Special feature: Storm flap lined with 100% cashmere.
Norwegian Rain was established in Bergen (Norway) by business graduate Alexander Helle. The idea was to create tailored rainwear with a sartorial elegance. Together with tailor T-Michael, they created Norwegian Rain. Even though Bergen is a relatively small city, it’s also one of the wettest cities in Europe, it rained for 276 days last year, which obviously makes Bergen the perfect environment to start a rainwear brand.
