Neandertal us explores human history through universal olfactory profiles that exist across many cultures.
Neandertal us invites self-reflection: What makes us who we are? What cultural patterns did we create for ourselves over the course of history? Neandertal us is a universal celebration of life; a distillation of our collective journey to what we know now as modern human.
A familiar yet contemporary fragrance, Neandertal us contains spices, greens, and fruits foraged from natural environments used throughout history for ceremonies, remedies,
culinary purposes and perfumery. Deeper, smokier tones such as vetiver, sandalwood, oud, and musk create a well-rooted familiarity and sense of security, while a citric and green woody profile creates energy within the formula.

Neandertal is an artistic response to challenging the status quo and humanity’s innately egocentric view of the universe and our place in it. Neandertal explores fundamental existential questions like, “Where do we come from?” and “Where are we going?” by attempting to understand the human experience from outside ourselves.
The materials used in Neandertal perfumes are a balance of ancient and the familiar combined with those which are innovative and abstract.
The results are contemporary, highly original, and experimental fragrance structures that are free from conventional and traditional perfumery standards wearable by today’s modern humans.
